Return Policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have a further 7 days to send the product back to us. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including any standard shipping costs you were charged. Only the cost of returning the product to us is at your own expense.

(Note: since shipping is currently free for all customers, in practice this means you'll receive a full refund of what you paid — you're only responsible for the cost of sending the product back.)

US customers and other regions without a statutory right of return: while the above is a legal requirement for EU and UK consumers, we extend the same 30-day / 14-day return policy to all customers worldwide as a standard service commitment, regardless of where you're ordering from.

Conditions for Returning a Product

  • Where reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store, to assess whether you want to keep it. If you've handled the product beyond what was necessary for that assessment (e.g. used, worn, or damaged it), we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the resulting loss in value.

Exceptions

The right to return does not apply to:

  • products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken;
  • personalised products, or products made specifically to your specifications.

Refunds

Once we've received your return and confirmed it meets the conditions above, we will refund the amount due within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original order.
