We aim to make ordering and delivery as smooth as possible, wherever you're ordering from. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping, tracking and costs.


Processing Time

Once you place an order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day; orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer, as processing continues on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, your order is shipped. Average delivery time is 4–9 business days, depending on your destination. 

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs. Every order is delivered 100% free, with no minimum order value required.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU (including, where applicable, the UK, US and other regions), local import duties, customs clearance fees, or import VAT/sales tax may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if any, are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. They are usually collected by the carrier or postal service at the point of delivery.

Track Your Order

You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. Your tracking code becomes available approximately 2–3 days after your order, so you can see exactly when to expect your delivery.
