1. SHIPPING COSTS & PROMOTIONS
We offer free premium shipping if your order meets ONE of the following conditions:

The total order value is $79.00 or more.

OR you purchase 2 or more items (regardless of price).

For orders under $69.00 that contain only 1 item, shipping costs will be a fixed rate of $5.95.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 4–9 business days
Europe: 5–9 business days
United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 7–13 business days
Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

*Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.

4. TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

United States: Customers do not have to pay any additional taxes or import duties.

European Union: VAT (value-added tax) is included in the product price. You will not pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Other regions: Please note that, depending on your country’s policies, local customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please check your shipping information carefully at checkout.

Delays: Although we strive to deliver on time, carriers may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or a high volume of packages during the holidays. We appreciate your patience.

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is pleasant and satisfactory. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If this happens, we have a general return/exchange procedure to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@justmybloom.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the return and exchange process in a professional and helpful manner.

Step 2: Return your product.

Once we have approved your request and provided you with our return/exchange address, you must return the item within 7 days according to our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service to confirm delivery, as we can only process a refund or exchange after we have received the product. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs for returning products.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange

Once we have received your return shipment, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and process a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please contact us before returning the product to initiate the return/exchange process. Returns sent directly to the delivery location or to your local post office without prior contact will not be accepted. Please send an email to info@justmybloom.com with “RETURN” in the subject line.

We only offer refunds or exchanges for items covered by our return/exchange policy.
