General Return/Exchange Procedure
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@justmybloom.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the return and exchange process in a professional and helpful manner.
Step 2: Return your product.
Once we have approved your request and provided you with our return/exchange address, you must return the item within 7 days according to our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service to confirm delivery, as we can only process a refund or exchange after we have received the product. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs for returning products.
Step 3: Refund/Exchange
Once we have received your return shipment, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and process a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please contact us before returning the product to initiate the return/exchange process. Returns sent directly to the delivery location or to your local post office without prior contact will not be accepted. Please send an email to info@justmybloom.com with “RETURN” in the subject line.
We only offer refunds or exchanges for items covered by our return/exchange policy.
